ORDERS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.
SHIPPING
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
We ship nationwide via J&T Express. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its delivery status. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
As of the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
To track your order:
- Visit the J&T Express tracking website
- Enter your tracking number (e.g., 000000)
- View your order status and estimated delivery date
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us via email at askbarq@gmail.com or message us on Facebook with your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As of the moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, so please make sure you've double-checked your order details, sizes, and items before completing your purchase.
